I offer a tailored service, unique to the requirements
of each client giving peace of mind that everything is accurately valued and
My service is regulated by the Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors and the Gemological Association of Great Britain
It is estimated that six million UK households are underinsured. If the worst happens this can be devastating for those involved and can result in significant financial loss.
Furthermore most homeowners do not itemise their own possessions so have little or no documentary evidence to present to their insurance company.
If you have a collection of artwork, antiques, jewellery or other valuable collectible items I would recommend a three yearly review of your valuations for insurance purposes.
I am fully qualified to provide insurance company approved valuations and am a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Probate & Estate Valuations
After the sad loss of a loved one a sensitive, independent and professional valuation service can be essential. I work with solicitors, executors and estate trustees and offer a complete probate (inheritance tax) valuation service. This is required for the administration of larger estates.
My report includes a Valuation Certificate’ which is required under section 160 of the Inheritance Act 1984.
All work is carried out with the utmost degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Jewellery is my specialist subject.
I am passionate about jewellery and I am a fully qualified fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain.
Valuable pieces of jewellery can require specialist insurance cover to ensure you are fully protected. I have specialised in jewellery valuations for nearly twenty years and can provide current market valuations for insurance, asset management or inheritance purposes.
